D20Collective is quite simply the finest marketplace this side of the gaming table. Our mission is to roll a natural 20, providing the finest gamer clothing line in the global market. We also have great products to help you rule the board. We strive to put the “Class” in “Armor Class.”
UPDATE: There has been a LOAD of issues with customers not receiving our emails. And it wasn’t until the Hedronix Dice came out where we really realized the gravity of the sitaution.
We Had NO IDEA how much love and support from the community we were going to receive when it came to the Hedronix Dice Collection.
And with the holidays right around the corner…we also didn’t anticipate so much trouble we could have caused!
If you’re reading this, there’s a good chance you’ve emailed me (Doug) or you’ve reached out to support asking about your Order.
A few folks with Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo addresses (..you know…the top 3 most used email services…*sigh*) have not received our emails for some reason. Which as of January 2nd we finally (hopefully) got it all resolved by migrating the server over to another provider.
The most frustrating thing about all of this for us is that we pride ourselves on taking care of our customers – to find out that customers have felt like we haven’t replied to them and left them in the dark is unsettling to say the least.
So we need to profusely apologize for the confusion and concern you may have.
In regards to the dice orders – here’s what cause the cluster of a situation
Long story short – our fulfillment system glitched out which allowed customers to buy dice that were out of stock…which caused orders to have labels printed but not actually be shipped out…which resulted in several people being quite confused as to why they haven’t received their order.
So with the link below, you can fill out any questions or concerns you may have. We look forward to hearing from you and make sure you add “firstname.lastname@example.org” to your “safe senders” list.
We appreciate you beyond measure and while anyone who has had issues with us is justified in their frustrations – we want to make it right. 🙂

I ordered a mug for my BIL for Christmas and it arrived safe and sound, no issues what-so-ever. Would not hesitate to use again.

I ordered a few t-shirts on September 17, but accidentally forgot to change the size for one shirt. The shirts initially start as a size small and I didn’t change it to the large that I needed. I looked for a way to contact this company immediately. I could only e-mail with them. I e-mailed them right away to fix it before it went to production.
A few days later, I got an e-mail saying my order had shipped. No response to my change of order. I e-mailed them again that I needed it changed. This was the response I received –
“Oh dang. Looks like they’re on their way to be shipped. It’s okay though! Once you get the shirt. We’ll send you a shipping label, so you don’t have to pay for the cost then once we get the shirt. We’ll send you out a replacement easy and simple. =)”
To make a long story short, the replacement has NOT been easy and simple. I have tried e-mailing with them, as well as my boyfriend. We are constantly told it’s on it’s way and it is now almost 2 months later and still no replacement.
I am so frustrated by this company right now. They really need to update their customer service!

Ordered a Skyrim necklace and a dragon necklace for this company. Processing and shipping took almost 2 months, but the products are great quality. I’m willing to overlook the slow processing time for such great products!
I ordered 4 shirts from them back on 11/3/17, and received it on 11/8/17. So far so good. Unfortunately that’s where the good ends and the bad begins.
Of the 4 shirts I ordered, one of the was the wrong shirt. I sent them a message using the contact form on their website and got an email shortly afterwards to send them a photo of the wrong shirt that I received. I order a lot of my shirts online, and this tends to be a standard practice. So I took a photo, and emailed it to them.
It’s been 21 days since that email, and still no response from them. I’ve sent a couple of follow up emails, with the tshirt photo attached, asking if we can move forward, and nothing. Based on the many reviews here that show them ripping people off, I’m guessing they’re aiming to do the same for me, since I’m 28 days into their return policy with no sign of anything moving forward. I’m reaching out now via social media, and review sites like these to try and get a response before my 45 days are up. After 45 days, I’m going to lawyer up and get my money back.
Stay away. This place is not worth the headaches.
- Hey Raul, I recall you making this review then contacting me. We got you all squared a way and everything rectified – along with a few extra goodies if I recall :) We hope you were satisfied with the outcome of the headache you endured.

Bought a friend one of their dice holders for his birthday. It took forever to get to him but when it did he loved it. High quality wood, precision carving and a strong magnet to keep the whole thing closed when it’s not being used.

Had never heard of this store until saw a post in my FB wall feed. Checked it out, was very impressed with range available and ordered 4 shirts which arrived in timely fashion (within about 2 weeks from purchase date if memory serves).
Quality of the goods is great, price was very reasonable, and have had no issues whatsoever with service.
Will definitely buy again

I understand the process of supply and demand. If you are able to drop ship items from other companies, it provides you better pricing and lower overhead. However, this should be noted in the order. It should indicate that an item is shipping from a notoriously slow to transit country. They go above and beyond to your their US made dice, so maybe I was ignorant to believe that all their items were US made or at least shipping from US. My first order of a T Shirt took 11 days to get into my hands. The second order (placed before the extended time of the first ones transit) is still in China. Many many days after the order. And when reaching out to the company for explanation, multiple emails were ignored.
It’s a shame that such a niche store who depends on such a niche market to buy their items is lacking transparency that would make this a great store.
As is, I cannot recommend it to my fellow gamers. I ordered a set of dry erase counters off of Etsy on the same day and they came from ENGLAND in less time than it took to even get shipping info on my D20 purchases.
