UPDATE: There has been a LOAD of issues with customers not receiving our emails. And it wasn’t until the Hedronix Dice came out where we really realized the gravity of the sitaution. 

We Had NO IDEA how much love and support from the community we were going to receive when it came to the Hedronix Dice Collection.

And with the holidays right around the corner…we also didn’t anticipate so much trouble we could have caused!

If you’re reading this, there’s a good chance you’ve emailed me (Doug) or you’ve reached out to support asking about your Order.

A few folks with Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo addresses (..you know…the top 3 most used email services…*sigh*) have not received our emails for some reason. Which as of January 2nd we finally (hopefully) got it all resolved by migrating the server over to another provider.

The most frustrating thing about all of this for us is that we pride ourselves on taking care of our customers – to find out that customers have felt like we haven’t replied to them and left them in the dark is unsettling to say the least.

So we need to profusely apologize for the confusion and concern you may have.

In regards to the dice orders – here’s what cause the cluster of a situation

Long story short – our fulfillment system glitched out which allowed customers to buy dice that were out of stock…which caused orders to have labels printed but not actually be shipped out…which resulted in several people being quite confused as to why they haven’t received their order.

I bought mugs for my entire gaming group for Christmas and they were perfect!  The group loved them.  They were all shipped separately so they came in at weird intervals, but I was smart enough to order early, so it was all good.

Horrible Service stay away

The only thing D20 collective did right was cancel my order and refund my purchase price. I ordered $60 worth of dice and after multiple emails stating my order was prepping, getting ready for shipment, etc… I had to cancel it after SIX WEEKS!!!!! There is absolutely no reason it should take six weeks after placing an order for dice and still not have the item ready for shipment.

    What’s up Scot! We did send out an email in December explaining the situation – but unfortunately a handful of customers never received it. Ultimately what happened was the system that was supposed to log the inventory glitched out – which resulted in items out of stock being ordered. This also resulted in labels being printed which alerted the customers that their product had shipped. Needless to say, it was a cluster of a mess and we’re definitely trying to make it right for everyone. The email address support@d20collective.com should work now, we literally migrated to a new email provider a couple of days ago due to the reason people had not been getting our replies. So it should be up and running. But from now on, please email here personally: doug (at) d20collective (dot) com – I’ll take care of you and get any questions answered that you need. Thank you for reaching out and voicing your concern – the frustrating thing of it all was that we have replied to every single one of the emails we’ve gotten in. But for some reason people were not getting our replies.

We are super fans of this site and have placed multiple orders with them over the past year, for us and for friends from our D&D party. All the merch we’ve gotten is awesome and arrived quickly. D20 Collective is one of our faves!

Having fudged my way through the first 30 odd years of my life, I figured that the ‘INT is my dump stat’ was a pretty apt t-shirt, so ordered it when I saw it. It arrived in good time, well packaged and is still going strong a few months later.

Now I can wear a self-deprecating t-shirt, and only a small percentage of the world will understand it. Mega. 🙂

Ordered 5 sets of dice from D20 Collective back on December 11th (2017), Was sent an email on the 14th claiming my order had been shipped.  It is now the 1st of January (2018), and I still do not have the dice I ordered.  The only update ever made to the tracking number was the pre-shipping information.  No updates have occurred since then.  I have messaged D20 Collective three separate times already, two times asking for an update on the tracking information and once as a general inquiry.  I have yet to receive any kind of reply from them for any of those messages.  My next message to them will be requesting a refund in a few days, but I doubt they will respond to that one much in the same vein they have refused to respond to my other information requests, so I will probably need to see what my bank can do.

This company clearly suffers from a lack of good communication and follow through on making sure their orders reach their customers.  I cannot recommend them.  Stay away from this company.  Do not order from them.  I would rate them zero stars were it possible to do so.

With the limited experience I have ordering from D20 collective, it was positive.

I ordered a pendant necklace and it was delivered in a timely fashion with no hassle. That’s all I can ask for.

Large order shipped quickly and perfectly with good quality merch

I purchased a bunch of D&D themed stuff from T-Shirts in various sizes, some were gifts, to Mugs.  Everything arrived quickly and exactly how it was ordered and was what I expected, would definitely do business with them again.

Don’t bother. Tshirts are low-quality, rough material. Mugs are printed poorly, blurry and smaller than presented. Spend your money elsewhere

I know that around the beginning of December we completely redid our mug designs so every mug is now double sided and revised so the pictures are larger and more crisp. I’ll get you some replacements your way, shoot me an email :D

I had a pretty good experience with them, they got my stuff to me in a reasonable amount of time. Of course I’d be careful about ordering and contacting them around Christmas because, well, IT’S CHRISTMAS! no one and nothing short of a large company is going to get back to you quickly during the Christmas rush. They probably have quite a few thousand people or something placing orders around that time so they can only do so much. They’re only human after all.
